II Forum Cooperante

At our firm, we continually strive to provide the highest standard of legal advice to foreigners, which is why we actively participate in the debate on the future of the labor market.
We are pleased to announce that on May 29, 2026, Ms. Joanna Mieszczankowska will participate in the 2nd Cooperante Forum – Labor Law Horizons, organized by the Faculty of Law and Administration of the University of Lodz.

During the event, experts will discuss the key challenges currently facing employers of foreigners and employees without Polish citizenship. The Forum program includes four discussion panels devoted to topics of significant importance to your business, including:

new regulations regarding the employment of foreigners
digitization of applications from foreigners for temporary residence (including CUKR for Ukrainian citizens), permanent residence, and long-term EU resident status submitted via the portal of the Head of the Office for Foreigners (MOS) (case management module)

Participating in this event is an excellent opportunity for us to exchange experiences and gain knowledge, which we translate into effective solutions for our clients on a daily basis. Due to her participation in the Forum, Joanna Mieszczankowska will be absent from the office on Friday, May 29, 2026.
